How to Play:

1. Mark a clear centreline on the ground.
2. Place the ribbon on the rope over the centreline.
3. Divide players into two equal teams.
4. Ensure players keep both feet behind the centreline until the game begins.
5. No wrapping the rope around hands or body.
6. The rope must be pulled underarm, and no elbows should go below the knee.
7. The game ends when one team pulls the other over the centreline.

Matches are often played as a best of three, with the winner taking two out of three pulls.
