This 38mm grip is well suited to youth, intermediate and secondary schools, as well as clubs and workplace events. It fills the hands enough for a secure, low-fatigue hold without being the bulky “beast” diameter that younger children struggle to wrap their hands around.

Choose your length

• 15m — smaller groups, youth teams and tighter spaces (about 4–6 per side).
• 25m — school sports days, PE, Scout/Guide events and corporate team-building (about 6–8 per side).
• 36m — competition-standard length for clubs, inter-house and league play (typically 8–12 per side). Matches the length used in many regional and international formats.
• 50m — large festivals, inter-club challenges and big group events. Extra room for more pullers and a longer pull.

All four options are the same 38mm rope, finish and fittings — only the length changes.

How to play — standard rules

1. Mark a clear centreline on the ground (cones, chalk or tape).
2. Place the red ribbon exactly over that line.
3. Split into two even teams. Use fewer pullers on 15m/25m; 8–12 per side suits 36m.
4. Grip underarm only — no wrapping around hands, wrists or bodies.
5. On the signal, pull straight back. First team to drag the opposing anchor across the centreline wins the pull. Best of three decides the match.
