A kids’ tug-of-war rope for kindy, primary and intermediate.

The 25 mm splinter-free jute is easy for smaller hands to hold and softer than a thin or synthetic rope. Use it for PE, sports days, Scout and Guide events, birthday parties and backyard games.

Lengths

• 16 m — about 2–12 kids per side (up to 24)
• 25 m — about 2–18 kids per side (up to 32–36)

Keep teams even. Allow about 1.2–1.5 m of rope per child. Adult supervision required.

How to play
Mark a centre line on flat ground. Put the red ribbon on that line. Equal teams, no wrapping the rope around hands or bodies, pull straight back. A pull ends when the other team’s front person crosses the centre line.
