Volans Forearm and Wrist Trainer | Adjustable Resistance

Power up your forearms, wrists, and fingers with the Volans Forearm and Wrist Trainer (identical design to the popular Marcy Wedge Developer) – the ultimate portable tool for serious grip strength, arm development, and injury recovery!

This compact, adjustable device targets flexor/extensor muscles while boosting finger strength. It’s a favorite among athletes, climbers, musicians, weightlifters, office workers, gamers, and physical therapists for both performance gains and safe rehabilitation.

Key Features:

• Targeted Muscle Activation: Hits forearm flexors/extensors, wrists, and fingers for balanced, powerful development and superior grip strength.
• Variable Resistance System: Easy tension control (1–5 scale with red adjustment knob) lets you dial in the perfect level – increases challenge during the concentric phase for faster progress.
• Custom Adjustable Grip: Tailor the padded forearm rest and handle fit for maximum comfort and precise muscle isolation.
• Ultra-Portable & Compact: Measures just 37cm (L) × 20cm (W) × 15cm (H) – lightweight, stable base, easy to store or travel with.

Benefits of Consistent Use:

1. Explosive Grip Strength – Crush heavy lifts, climbing holds, and daily tasks.
2. Balanced Forearm Development – Builds flexors and extensors for size, symmetry, and function.
3. Enhanced Wrist Stability – Fortifies supporting muscles to prevent pain and improve joint resilience.
4. Peak Athletic Performance – Gives climbers, tennis/golf players, boxers, and musicians the edge.
5. Greater Flexibility & Range of Motion – Smoother, pain-free wrist movements.
6. Injury Prevention – Strengthens vulnerable areas to reduce strains, tendonitis, and overuse issues.
7. Everyday Functional Fitness – Easier jar opening, typing, carrying, etc.
8. Improved Dexterity & Coordination – Sharper fine motor skills.
9. Repetitive Strain Protection – Guards against carpal tunnel and RSI.
10. Long-Lasting Endurance – Train longer without fatigue.

Ideal for Injury Recovery & Rehabilitation This trainer is widely recommended by physical therapists and orthopedic clinics for safe, progressive wrist/forearm rehab:

• Carpal tunnel syndrome – gentle strengthening without aggravating symptoms.
• Tennis elbow / Golfer’s elbow (lateral & medial epicondylitis) – controlled eccentric loading to heal tendons.
• Wrist sprains, fractures, or post-surgery – rebuilds strength after immobilization.
• De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, tendonitis, arthritis – low-impact flexion/extension to restore mobility.
• Repetitive strain from desk work/gaming – prevents and recovers from overuse injuries.

Start with low resistance and slow, controlled reps – exactly what physios prescribe for tendon rehab.

Why Volans? Same proven design as the Marcy Wedge (used in clinics and home rehab worldwide) but with Volans quality and branding. Durable steel frame, padded comfort, and smooth tension adjustment make it effective for beginners, pros, and recovery patients alike.
